All deliverables are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Clients and users acknowledge that technology markets carry inherent uncertainty. No report, blueprint, or expert opinion delivered through Research Expedite constitutes a guarantee of future performance, revenue, or market adoption. You assume full responsibility for any commercial or investment decision made in connection with platform insights.

All content, branding, software, algorithms, methodologies, and aggregated datasets contained within the Research Expedite platform are the exclusive property of IJSRP Inc. and its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use platform features strictly for their intended purpose.

Expert-generated reports and validation deliverables remain the intellectual property of Research Expedite until explicitly transferred via a separate written agreement. Reverse engineering, scraping, automated data extraction, or systematic copying of platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and civil liability.

Third-party trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the platform are the property of their respective owners. Their presence does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Research Expedite unless expressly stated.
